CHAOS University Outreach Programs are staff development and education workshops. These courses are intended for staff involved in project management at the manager, director, and leadership levels.
During these workshops, which include group discussions, presentations, and professional Standish Group moderation, the group will explore ways to identify solutions, take action to overcome problems, and raise the project success quotient.

Fostering teamwork creates a work culture that values collaboration, which will help drive projects toward success. Our two half-day sessions focus on how to work more effectively and smarter with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams.
In the first workshop we will modernize a zoo. The zoo has five new projects, each with a number of requirements. The purpose of this workshop is to explore ways to identify, optimize, and manage requirements by cost, risk, and gain.

The second workshop is on project management’s "Five Deadly Sins," which can destroy any project. In this interactive workshop you will find "The Clues to Successful Project Leadership" from an executive viewpoint.

How to recognize the five deadly sins
How they negatively affect the outcome of projects
How to overcome the effects of the five deadly sins
How to mitigate the results of the five deadly sins
Ways to demonstrate to stakeholders the effects and resolutions of the five deadly sins
The workshop will be held at a five-star resort that caters to high-level executives and will offer other team-building opportunities such golf, tennis, and volleyball. The formal sessions will be held each morning for the two days, and non-structured activities and networking will be scheduled for the afternoon.
These are only available for individual client organizations for up to 30 participants. Our workshops make excellent executive breakout sessions for annual meetings or corporate events.
